HOUSE RULES

Dear guests,

we kindly ask you to take a moment and familiarise yourself with our house rules to insure that your stay here runs smoothly and pleasurable:

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROTOCOLS & RULES

  • Check-in time starts at 2pm, Check-out time is at 10am
  • All guests are required to provide an identification document (passport, identity card) at check-in.
  • During check-in, the receptionist will charge you a deposit for potential additional costs in the amount of 300€ per apartment. Deposit is mandatory before entering the apartment. A maximum 14 days after the guest's departure the deposit amount will be refunded if no damage or other additional costs has been caused.  
  • Come to check-out on time, at least 15 minutes before you have to go.The check out procedure is as follows: when you have packed and taken your things out of the apartment, come to the reception. The receptionist will send a barman to check your consumption of the mini bar. The receptionist will charge your expenses and collect the card keys. It takes some time to check the apartment, especially if guests from several apartments go at the same time. 

GENERAL RULES

  • Guests are responsible for their own behavior in the hotel. In the case of an accident, guests take full responsibility for their actions.
  • It is forbidden to make noise between 2pm - 4pm and 11pm - 8am
  • Destruction of equipment and furniture and/or causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibited.
  • Bringing animals into the hotel is only permitted upon consent of the host.
  • Bringing in weapons, explosive or easily flammable materials is not permitted.

BEHAVIOR IN THE APARTMENT

  • The apartment may only be used by persons registered as guests, however, the host upon request of a guest may permit visits at certain times.
  • Guests are responsible for the loss of the personal property and/or valuables in the apartment. Each apartment is equipped with a safe for storing valuables. Please use it.
  • When leaving the apartment, remove the key card from the slot and lock the apartment. Before leaving, close the windows in the apartment and check the taps. We kindly ask you not to leave the key card in the slot when you leave the apartment.
  • In emergencies and in the absence of a guest, the host has the right to enter the apartment to prevent potential damage or danger. The host is obligated to inform the guest about the entry into the apartment at the first subsequent contact.
  • Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the apartment may be use only upon consent of the host.
  • It is forbidden to remove appliances and all other content from the apartment. 
  • In case of disappearance or damage of furniture, instalations, appliances and other equipment in the apartment, the guest is obligated to notify the host. Regarding the disappearance or damage occured due to the fault of a guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
  • Please do not make noise after 11 pm. If you are sitting on the terraces, enter the apartment.

 BEHAVIOR AT SWIMMING POOLS

  • You can get pool towels at the bar. It is not allowed to take pool towels out of the hotel.
  • Only drinks purchased at the bar is allowed around the pool area
  • Dining around the swimming pools is not allowed
  • It is not allowed to take glassware out of the apartment to the pools. Please ask at the bar for plastic cups. 
  • Be careful with any glass around the pools. If you break the glass, report it to the staff immediately.
  • Take care of the cleanliness around the pool. Use ashtrays and trash cans.
  • Jumping into pools is prohibited

 

  • In case of non-comliance with house rules, the host has right to refuse further provision of services.
  • You may offer your comments and suggestions at the reception desk every day from 8am to 11pm.
