Wir waren die einzigen Gäste (Saisonende) und haben deshalb ein upgrade bekommen. Das Appartement war absolut sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Minibar sehr großzügig gefüllt, Abgabe fast zu Einkaufspreisen. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Modern well maintained large apartments in an extremely well run friendly hotel.

As mentioned in other reviews the aparthotel is located in the hilly area about a 15 to 20 minutes walk from the ferry port. We debated getting a taxi but the walk was fine and isn't too far from the bus station to get a bus elsewhere on the isand. Hotel is in a primarily residential area. Rooms are large with a massive TV to sign-in to watch some Netflix in the evenings after a night out. Really comfortable and really well maintained modern apartments and kitchen and great value for money. Hotel owners were really helpful throughout our stay and as was late season and so a little cooler outside we would grab a nice breakfast and take it back to our room. Mini-bar in the room with a very tempting selection of ice cream, snacks and drinks in the room at very reasonable prices was an added bonus and saved walks to the supermarket.

Really friendly staff. Good breakfast, hot and cold. Well stocked mini bar at good value. Clean and comfortable, we would definitely recommend. Pool area was clean with 2 pools to choose from. After reading some other reviews, we didn't have a problem with paying a deposit and check out very straightforward. The air con worked well and is connected to doors and windows. Make sure they are closed before trying to operate the air con, as the units will not turn on if open.

7 of us stayed here and we had an incredible holiday! The cleanliness was exceptional, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Das Apartment war sauber, geräumig und modern. Die Betten sind auch für sehr große Menschen geeignet und bequem. Es gibt außerdem einen Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Weiterhin verfügt das Hotel über mehrere Parkplätze. Alle Mitarbeiter sind stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel is really awesome, very modern and staff very kind, specially the bar staff near the pool. The apartment is huge, very spacious and there's everything you need. They also have food, drinks, ice cream, ice, water, beer and many other products with same price of the supermarket - which is very practical. Swimming pool was very well cared, clear and with strict rules to not let it became a mess with young guests. Highly recommend the property.

This place is great. Away from the noise and hustle but easy to walk to the harbour. It has two pools that are a decent size and the beach is really close by! Lovely staff that were super helpful. I will definitely be back here!

Everything was great. Spacious high spec apartment. Friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile for us (gave us sun cream, insect repellent and more and didn’t charge us for this). Kitchen staff were great and always on hand at breakfast if you needed anything. We made good use of the minibar as they were actually good prices which is rare, €2 for a 440ml can of beer 👍🏻. Received full deposit back about a week after we checked out so no issues there. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a really wonderful family holiday staying at this hotel. The hostess/manager Marija was super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond her remit. All the staff bent over backwards to be polite and assist us, including those doing the maintenance.
Our apartment was spacious, clean, contemporary and well stocked and we cannot fault the accommodation.
The pools are perhaps more suitable for cooling off than swimming, but to us were perfect for what we needed, and the kids loved them.
We found the breakfast perfectly functional and more than adequate, also served until very late which is handy for late risers!
Marija and her team deserve a lot of credit as they ensured out stay was a really comfortable and enjoyable one. We have nothing negative to say about the Terenea.

We would definitely like to return!

We loved it! Even our three teenagers loved it! Close to Pokonji Dol - a beautiful beach. A nice stroll down to Hvar Town. Marija, Anna and "our guy i the bar" was helpful and so pleasant! Made some lunches in the Apartments - that worked really well!! We would really like to come back again!! Thank you for making our holiday so perfekt!!

This new luxury house is situated in a fantastic location, close to a stunning Pokonji Dol beach. The amenities include refreshing pools, a pleasant bar, and a cozy lounge area. One of the highlights is the minibar in the room, offering a variety of drinks and snacks at same prices to those found in grocery stores. Make sure to sample the delightful Zlatan rose! Would highly recommend staying here! We were a group of 17 girls for a hen do and we had the best stay. Marija and Tino were so accommodating and were so helpful with making sure we got to and from the town centre whenever we needed to as well as ensuring our stay was the best it could have been. Can't wait to go back!! Can't fault this hotel - our apartment was insane!

Highly recommend staying here. Came here for a friends hen do, the apartments and pools were very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, and doesn’t finish till 12pm! All of the staff were so lovely and helpful. They had a taxi service which will pick you up and drop you off to the port (this is at a cost). However was so easy and reliable to use. Really nice location, as it’s nice and quiet and no more than a 10min from hvar, port.

The apartment was absolutely unreal!! Felt like a villa you would pay a fortune for in another place but was value for money. The staff were so so nice and helpful, we had breakfast each morning which was lovely and also the hotel were always available to drop to and from the city centre and other locations by taxi if needed for a cheaper rate than the normal taxi rate! Would highly recommend the property to anyone and I will be returning!

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and they offer transportation half a price for a van (the van taxis charge 30 euros and they charge 15). The apartment is 15-17 min walking distance from the center. A good thing is that the fridge is full of sodas, waters, ice creams and other things and the prices are the same as the supermarket,

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I was speaking to Maria for around a year asking various questions and help with organising lots of different things and while she was always so busy (she does so much there) she was always very helpful and accommodating. All the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel itself is just immaculate and very modern and well looked after and the pictures do not do it justice. The mini bar is fully stocked and a great price. The pool area was great, we hired a lady locally to come and give us all massages and this worked really well.

The breakfast buffet was good, it’s available from 8-12 which is a great time for those up early who want to eat twice and those who want to lie in and have breakfast later. There was a range of food available and we all enjoyed it.

Maria also provided a mini bus service into the marina and also to the local beach bar. For a cheaper price than the local taxis.

Nothing was too much trouble and I have recommended the hotel to a few friends who are going to Hvar and I will be going back next year. The hotel is situated in a great location to walk into town/the harbour although uphill on the way back as others have said but it did not bother us.
