GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS

THE SERVICE PRICE

The service price represents the price for accommodation per apartment per day. This price also includes a breakfast, parking spot, wi-fi, and use of the swiming pools. The valid price is specified in the offer obtained through the online booking system or the reservation department. Additional services are not included in the price and the guest pays for them additionally. Those kind of services guest should ordered when making the reservation or upon request at the front desk.Teranea hotel reserves the right to change service prices at any time. The prices are in Euros.

CITY TAX

City tax is not included in the price of the accommodation (1.59 € per person/per day). Guests are obliged to pay the residence tax upon arrival at the hotel at the front desk. Children up to 12 years old do not pay the residence/city tax, while children from 12 to 18 years old have a 50% discount.

BOOKING PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT TERMS

Inquiries and reservations are accepted through the website of Hotel Teranea, by e-mail, online travel agencies, third parties or in person at the reception desk. By reserving capacity, the booker accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Service Use.

The booker is obliged to provide all requested data during the reservation process.

The booker is obliged to state the ages of the children (if any) when making the reservation. Children aged 12 and over are considered adults and you are obliged to include them as adults when making a reservation. The hotel does not accept persons under the age of 18 unaccompanied by an adult (+18).

The reservation is active after payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The full amount of the reservation must be paid before the guest's arrival. The exact date when the second payment should be made is indicated in the offer and reservation. If you book directly through the hotel, you will follow the instructions from our reservation agent. If you book through online travel agencies or third parties, you will follow their instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of the reservation can only be requested by the holder of the reservation

If you want to change or cancel a reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Reservation Cancellation Terms. If you booked directly through the hotel, you can request cancellation or change of reservation by e-mail. We will act in accordance with the Reservation Cancellation Terms and availability. In the event that it is not possible to change the reservation, and if the guest therefore cancels the reservation, the cancellation conditions specified in the confirmed reservation apply.

Hotel Teranea reserves the right to change the reservation or the way of providing services in the case of circumstances beyond control, which cannot be predicted, avoided or postponed. The confirmed accommodation unit can be replaced by an accommodation unit of the same or higher category while maintaining the same price that was valid at the time of confirmation of the reservation. In cases where it is not possible to find alternative accommodation, and the reservation has been paid in advance, Teranea hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refund the entire amount paid.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been misused or if it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.

OTHER ACCOMMODATION TERMS

Check-in at the hotel and entering the room can be done after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out from the hotel and vacating the room must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Deposit

During check-in, the receptionist will charge you a deposit for potential additional costs in the amount of 300€. Deposit is mandatory before entering the apartment. The deposit is collected through the WSPay online payment system. You will provide your e-mail address, receive a message and make an online payment. The deposit will be used, with your consent, for possible expenses during your stay in the hotel, such as mini-bar, laundry services, transfers, city taxes or possible damages. If you do not use any additional services during your stay, the deposit will be returned to your account within a maximum of 14 days after leaving the hotel, or the rest of the amount if you used some services

The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation and other services to those guests whose behavior is in any way inconsistent with the hotel's rules, which disturbs the peace and dignity of other guests or staff, or  endangers their safety or well-being.

The management reserves the right to close the swimming pools or other part of the hotel in case of necessary repairs and maintenance.

Teranea hotel will consider possible guest complaints, only if they are given directly to the responsible person in the hotel during the stay, or officially sent through the agency that made the reservation, or through an official representative.
